* If you consigned in the spring or fall 2011 sale, you will register on the home page.
* Please note that after you submit your registration and pay your registration fee via paypal, you must return to the Beach Babies registration form to be registered. If you simply close the paypal window, your registration will not be submitted.
We accept all types of new and gently used children’s items.
1. New Consignor Registration
* If you are interested in becoming a consignor, please click on the above link and you will be able to register. It will ask for your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail. All new consignors must register through this link.
Please note: You must pay the registration fee to be allowed to register. You may pay via Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, please contact us via e-mail.
* All consignors must use the electronic tagging system on all tags and will earn 65% on all items sold.
* Any consignor that volunteers for 5 hours during set up, drop off, peak hours or sorting will receive 70% on all items sold.
* Any consignor that volunteers for 7 hours with four during set up, drop off, peak hours, or sorting and three hours during sorting will recieve 75% on all items sold.
2. Preparing your items: “The better items look, the better they sell!”
Acceptable items include:
* New and gently used children’s clothing in sizes newborn to children's size 16. Boutique brand and department store clothing (for example: Belk, Gymboree, Old Navy) less than 5 years old (please see brand exclusions under items not accepted).
* Baby equipment (cribs, strollers, high chairs, etc.) in great condition with all parts and hardware (all cribs will be required to be set up completely as per CPSC law).
* toys - clean and with all pieces included
* baby accessories (exersaucer, jumperoo, play mats, swings, etc)
* Bedding, blankets, bottles, bibs
* Books, videos, DVDs
* Limit of 10 pairs of shoes per consignor.
* Maternity clothes. (must be current styles, limit of 20 items per consignor)
* All battery operated equipment and toys MUST have working batteries in them to be dropped off.
* Household furniture: sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, desks, bookshelves, china cabinets, beds, and other similar items in great condition. E-mail us if you have a question about your item.
Items NOT accepted:
* Clothing with holes, stains, and in poor condition
* Due to cpsc regulations, we will not accept any drop side rail cribs.
* No stuffed animals (unless battery operated)
* No car seats.
* Please, check the internet for recalled items at www.cpsc.gov or call 1-800-424-9398 as Beach Babies is not responsible for items that have been recalled
* Brand Exclusions: Due to space issues and because we cannot compete with the prices at large discount stores, this sale we will not accept the following brands: Faded Glory, Route 66, Little Lindsay, McKid, Health Tex, Kid Connection. We will accept these items if they are New with Tags.
* If consigning home furniture, we do not accept daily household items, electronics (computers, printer, fax machines etc.), or knickknacks.
3. Bring your items:
* All items should be dropped off. You are responsible for bringing your items inside.
* You will drop off your items, sign a consignor agreement, and we do the rest!
4. Shop and Save
* All consignors are invited to shop at the consignor sale on Friday, March 2nd from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm before the public!
5. Pick-up
* Pick-up times are Friday, March 9th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and Saturday, March 10th from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
* Pick-up is done by appointment only. Your pick-up time must be scheduled at drop-off.
* All items that are not picked up will be donated to a local charity on Saturday, March 10th at 1:00 pm.
* Your money will be mailed to you no later than one week from the close of the sale. Go spend it and have fun!
